Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, without any damage caused by misuse.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Must include original packaging and any accessories

• Returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong size or color ordered) may not be eligible for free return shipping

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
